Your mission
EUC stands for end-user computing. You assure safe accessing and interacting with apps, data, and systems in a way that is practical and secure for the end user. You own and evolve our Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms across the mateco group. From Teams and SharePoint to Exchange and OneDrive, you ensure secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that boost productivity for our colleagues across the world.
Good. So what does that mean in detail?
Design, build, operate, and continuously improve M365 collaboration services.
Act as the go-to expert and advisor for business and IT stakeholders.
Translate business needs into smart, compliant technical solutions.
Support rollouts, migrations, and change initiatives across countries.
Drive adoption through training, documentation, and clear communication.
Proactively improve performance, security, and cost efficiency.
Ok. And what exactly would make you the perfect fit for this?
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with strong expertise in Microsoft 365.
Hands-on knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, PowerShell, and integrations.
A consultative mindset and strong communication skills.
Experience working in international environments.
Fluent English and Dutch; French, or German are a plus.
