Are you passionate about turning business challenges into elegant technology solutions? mateco IT is looking for an enthusiastic functional analyst to elevate our Dynamics 365 Finance platform.
As a key member of our team, you’ll be the bridge between business ambitions and technical execution, transforming needs into actionable insights and impactful solutions that drive real value across our organization.

As a functional analyst at mateco IT, you will:
Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and process flows that align with the product vision.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to foster strong partnerships and shared understanding.
Partner with area product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog, making sure work supports strategic goals.
Ensure technical solutions deliver business impact and enhance user experience.
Support development and testing with clear scenarios, success criteria, and quality outcomes.
Proactively contribute ideas to improve our software and ways of working.
Ok. And what exactly would make you the perfect fit for this?
You’re a strong candidate if you have:
3+ years in business analysis or functional analysis, especially with end-to-end business processes.
Experience in a financial role within a company matters more than existing Dynamics 365 expertise. We’ll support your D365 F&O growth through our Dynamics Academy.
Bachelor-level analytical thinking with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Solid understanding of agile principles, user stories, use cases, and process design.
