We’re looking for a passionate Qquality assurance engineer who lives and breathes test automation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to help us raise the bar.
You will collaborate with team members, prioritize test cases based on risk assessment, and ensure the availability of suitable test data.
You will conduct various types of testing, including functional, end-to-end, regression, and database testing.
You will discover bugs and hand them over to development to get them solved.
You will automate test cases to streamline testing processes and increase efficiency.
You will take ownership of the quality of the team's delivery and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
You will coach team members to enhance their testing skills and contribute to overall quality assurance.
Must-have qualifications
Proven experience as a quality assurance engineer, test engineer, or in a similar QA role.
Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, more specific Playwright.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Solid grasp of agile methodologies and frameworks.
Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to foster collaboration across teams.
Bonus
Experience in SAFe, LeSS, or other scaled agile frameworks.
Familiarity with broader solution architecture, microservices, and cross-team dependencies.
Hands-on experience in setting up or maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Leadership & influence: you mentor and guide your teammates toward higher quality benchmarks.
Collaboration & communication: you clearly articulate defects, root causes, and test strategies.
Strategic thinking: you align QA efforts with product vision and business goals.
